A common meeting place on Yinggarda Country, Carnarvon

Gwoonwardu Mia celebrates and recognises the five Aboriginal language groups of the Gascoyne Region, Yinggarda, Baiyungu, Malgana, Thadgari and Thalanyji. Our vision is to create a place where lives are enriched, Aboriginal culture is recognised and practiced, quality employment and enterprise can grow, and young people are actively engaged in creating their own future.
